This book explores the future of corporate learning, and perhaps it’s vital to first reconsider what “future” truly means. Often seen as a distant, uncertain realm, the future is actively intertwined with our present and past. Traditional methods of understanding rely on the scientific approach: observing past events to identify causal patterns. Yet, in the complex landscape of corporate learning, simple cause-and-effect models fall short. It is not that simple.
