Road traffic modeling is a frequently used computational technique to understand and predict the behavior of real vehicles on roads. Our aim in this study is to develop a mathematical model using instrumental variables (IV) for traffic movement using road traffic determination systems. The model is identified using an algorithm with the smallest possible error constraint, and validated using time series methods, we used a real data measured by radar at the chosen location in our study: 79th National Road near Ahmed Hamani campus in Constantine, Algeria.
