The present study conducts a thorough review of the extant literature on space tourism demand, with a particular emphasis on the descriptive statistical analysis of its various variables. The study commences with an examination of the context of the space tourism market, encompassing demand dynamics and the challenges confronting the industry. Subsequently, it undertakes a thorough examination of extant space tourism studies, employing a descriptive analysis to achieve a more profound comprehension of the field. Furthermore, the study employs a systematic review methodology to examine relevant publications that have emerged over the past 22 years. As part of this review plan, 133 papers were identified, and five of these were selected for in-depth analysis based on their main content. The findings of this study, which represent the first systematic literature review to explore the descriptive statistical significance of variables in modelling space tourism demand, lay the groundwork for future modelling and empirical research in this exciting and emerging field.

摘要
