Research on Creating the Program of Calculating Automatic Dredging Volume for Maritime Waters Projects

In modern life, projects of dredging canals, waterways, and navigational channels are always invested in and implemented annually by the investors of the Inland Waterways Administration and Maritime Administration. In these projects, [1] the implementation of dredging volume management monitoring is very necessary and important, especially each time of survey the elevation. The investor and the supervision unit must check many times to find all the unsatisfactory mass parts. Therefore, when finding the dredging volume monitoring tool assists managers in knowing the progress of the current dredging volume easier than reviewing each cross-section or position on the survey plot. In this article, an algorithm can be applied to calculate the dredging volume automatically according to the survey boat routes. The goal of the study is to develop a program that describes ship motions that can be measured and surveyed in the field, and that is suitable for each measuring ship route; it will be possible to create a metal cross-section and dredging volume corresponding. As a result, the research will use the main research methods: Field survey and actual volume calculation according to software application; Programming and building software to calculate ticket volume according to off-site survey train routes; and Comparing the results between the experiment and the developed software calculation program. The research results will bring very useful results for monitoring, evaluating and tracking dredged volumes as quickly as possible.
