This chapter explores the deployment of well-researched, standardized paradigm for designing organizations which focus on raising its sustainability and effectiveness in the turbulent times. It discusses how the overall efficiency and effectiveness of organizations can be enhanced by addressing their structural, systemic, and leadership alignment needs. The approach that is suggested provides a robust alternative to conventional organizational design methods. The suggested approach is holistic and integrates Indian thoughts related to organizational and people effectiveness and aligns these with the Western concept of ‘human capability’ and the ‘levels of work’.
