Design of Paint Bucket Palletizing Workstation Based on Robot Studio

The palletizing robot workstation is a mechanical device system used to perform palletizing tasks automatically. At the end of the production line, it can replace traditional manual handling and stacking methods and achieve automated stacking operations, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. This article focuses on the palletizing work of paint buckets and constructs a palletizing robot workstation system. The main design includes the production line layout of the palletizing workstation, end effectors, and offline programming. Smart components were configured and simulated to verify the workstation’s feasibility. The verification results indicate that this design is reasonable and feasible, which can reduce the mobility of personnel in the factory and minimize accidents. It has good prospects for use and promotion value.
