Enhancing Logistics Management and Optimizing Logistics Using Linear Programming in Highway Projects
摘要
This study investigates the factors influencing logistics management in highway projects and proposes a comprehensive approach for logistics optimization. The study identifies and examines the diverse factors impacting logistics management. Employing factor analysis, the factors are categorized into distinct groups based on their correlation matrix, providing a structured understanding of their interrelationships. A mathematical model is developed to streamline the three-stage supply chain management process, encompassing procurement, transportation, and distribution. Finally, logistics optimization is achieved through the application of linear programming (LP) solver techniques, aiming to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. By integrating empirical analysis with mathematical modeling, this study offers valuable insights into improving logistics management practices in highway projects, aiding project planners, managers, and policymakers in enhancing project outcomes and resource utilization.
