This chapter offers a conclusion and brief review of the book. It interprets this Australian Government supported project in terms of its macro, meso and micro levels of activity. The macro level, the overarching purpose, are the needs of the country. These are discussed in terms of the educational aspirations of Papua New Guinea. The meso level is where the postgraduate certificate course rests. It is an agent in meeting the needs of the country and in furthering the professional learning of the teachers who took part. It offers guidance for others offering such courses in developing countries. The micro level is how individual teachers have changed their practice and begun to experiment with STEM in their own contexts. Through these levels, the book also demonstrates how impact can be monitored and evaluated.
