Laplace Transform in Circuit Analysis
摘要
In 1979, French mathematician Pierre Simon Laplace presented a method for resolving differential equations. This method is called the Laplace transform, as implied by its name. It is a mathematical tool for converting differential equations in the time domain to the frequency domain, or s-domain. The Laplace transform converts circuit parameters like voltage or current from the time domain to the frequency domain in a circuit application. The inverse Laplace transform converts the frequency domain back to the time domain. Laplace transform is used in circuit analysis, signal and system, digital signal processing, power electronics, etc.
