The current global governance system is facing problems such as imbalanced power structures, insufficient supply of governance mechanisms, and inadequate implementation of effective governance values, making it difficult to effectively address global challenges. As a collective of developing countries, the Global South is focusing on enhancing representativeness and discourse power, reshaping fair rules and innovating governance models in important governance areas, and is becoming an important collective force to promote global governance reform. In sum, the Global South needs to enhance its comprehensive strength as the basis, deepen practical cooperation in regional governance and specific governance fields, and actively participate in existing mechanisms to promote gradual reforms, ultimately achieving the transformation of the global governance system towards a more just and reasonable direction.
