IoT-Based Blood Donation System with Real-Time Pulse Monitoring

The goal of the proposed research is to create a webpage that is integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) using an Arduino Uno and integrates a pulse sensor and heart rate detector to address the immediate need for an online blood donation system. This innovative approach uses Node-RED to transmit donor pulse rate data flawlessly to a MySQL database. A web page methodically built with signup, login, and advanced security features creates direct communication between blood donors and recipients without dependency on conventional blood banks. The website’s real-time display of donor pulse rates is a unique aspect that gives recipients critical medical data required to make sensible decisions. Integrating technology and health data improves transparency and efficiency, overcoming obstacles in traditional blood donation systems.
