Investigation of Efficiency of Green Tea Drying by Using DS18B20 Sensor
摘要
Drying is one of the complex and highly energy-consuming process unit operation used in many industry such as textile, paper, chemical, pharmaceuticals, agro and food-processing. A rotary drying machine has been developed, which is equipped with an Internet of Thing (IoT) system. The DS18B20 temperature sensor was embedded and controlled using ESP32 microcontroller. An experiment was conduct by the sensor to find drying efficiency. Later, its data was analyzed by interpreting quantitative data. The efficiency performance of the DS18B20 sensor was discuss in this article.
