Review on Enhancing Solar Panel Efficiency through Effective Cooling Via Vortex Generator Passive Cooling

Solar panel efficiency is significantly impacted by temperature, with higher temperatures reducing energy conversion rates. To address this challenge, various cooling methods have been explored. Vortex generators (VGs) have emerged as a promising passive cooling technique. This mini-review examines the role of vortex generators in enhancing solar panel efficiency by reducing operating temperatures and mitigating dust accumulation. By leveraging aerodynamic principles, VGs improve heat dissipation and maintain the optimal performance of solar panels. The review highlights the types of vortex generators.
