With the in-depth promotion of poverty eradication, spiritual poverty alleviation has become an important measure to get rid of poverty and prevent returning to poverty in poverty-stricken areas. Poor people are the main beneficiaries of our poverty reduction battle, and the main body and main force of poverty eradication and achieving prosperity. Stimulating poor people's awareness of poverty eradication is to support poverty eradication with endogenous motivation. The author examines the work of targeted poverty alleviation and targeted poverty eradication in the village of Ori in Qinghai Province through a field survey of the village. Through questionnaires and interview materials, we can understand the development and production and living conditions of the village, explore the problem of the poor people with the spiritual poverty alleviation during the work of poverty eradication in Ori village, and think about what cultural ideas affect the development of the endogenous power of the people. While helping increases their spirit and confidence has become an important part of poverty alleviation work, some poor people have the idea of “passively longing for national assistance, expecting government grants and claiming for poverty reduction funds” and do not take the initiative to solve the problem of family poverty. At the same time, some poor people have reached the standard of poverty eradication, but they are reluctant to get lifted out of poverty. Based on this, increasing the spirit and confidence has become an important way out of poverty for the poor people.
