Second, companies need to build knowledge management systems to ensure the transfer of experience and wisdom to adapt to organizational changes and development. By de-emphasizing individual heroism, companies can reduce reliance on key figures and rely on a systematic management model and strong organizational intelligence to maintain stability. Ultimately, a strong corporate culture and clear strategic planning are key to achieving sustainable development, ensuring that businesses remain vibrant and competitive in an ever-changing market.
