This article reviews and discusses the applications of liquid crystal-based materials in tumor-related sensing, treatment, and response devices. By taking advantage of the unique optical properties of liquid crystals, rapid and sensitive detection of tumor markers can be achieved. In addition, the role of liquid crystals in targeted drug delivery systems provides precision for cancer therapy. At the same time, combined with the liquid crystal response device, the intelligent wearable device is designed and developed to monitor and react to changes in human body signs and provide real-time feedback for personalized monitoring and treatment. These studies highlight the promise of liquid crystal materials in advancing the diagnosis and treatment of diseases such as cancer.
