Research on the Influence of Consumer Personality Traits on the Willingness to Use BOPS
摘要
Based on the perspective of consumer personality traits and the theoretical framework of technology acceptance model, this chapter extracts the influencing factors of consumers’ BOPS behavior, and constructs the relationship model of consumer personality traits’ influence on their intention to use BOPS from four dimensions of consumers’ personal innovation, green consumption psychology, concern about courier and return, and extroversion. The findings are as follows: Firstly, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have a positive impact on the intention to use BOPS. Secondly, individual innovation has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and individual innovation can improve consumers’ willingness to use BOPS by improving perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Thirdly, green consumer psychology has a positive impact on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, and green consumer psychology will enhance consumers’ willingness to use BOPS by improving perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. Fourthly, consumers’ concerns about courier and returns have a positive impact on perceived usefulness, and can improve the intention to use BOPS by improving perceived usefulness, but there is no significant positive impact on perceived ease of use. Finally, consumers’ extroversion positively affects their intention to use BOPS. Based on the above conclusions, this study puts forward relevant management suggestions for BOPS collaborative dual-channel strategy.
