This paper examines the interaction between technology and their influence on urban surroundings. Specifically, this research delves into how these breakthroughs transform the characteristics of settings. The purpose of this article is to shed light on the manner in which artificial intelligence (AI) or cloud computing might assist in the development of smart cities by either maximizing the efficiency with which resources are distributed, boosting citizen offerings, or fostering ecological sustainability. This is accomplished through an in-depth examination of sections that are closely connected to one another.
