SPHERE (Social Partner Hub for Emerging Resolution in Education) introduces an innovative framework that integrates Problem-Based Learning (PBL), expert knowledge, and pedagogical advancements to enhance lifelong learning. Addressing the limitations of conventional discipline-specific curricula, SPHERE adopts a trans-curricular, learner-centered, and problem-oriented approach, fostering essential skill development for all age groups. The framework consists of three key components: Learning Engineer, an automated enhanced instructor to innovate a curriculum to meet evolving learners; Learning Sphere, a personalized learning concept; and Community Engagement, a collaborative space connecting learners with experts. This integrated system transforms knowledge into economically valuable solutions, curating high-quality content, optimal active learning ecosystem, and real-world expert-driven supports. By leveraging agile methodology and Design Research, SPHERE fosters dynamic learning communities, social resilience, and innovation, offering a scalable and adaptive educational model. This study aims to design and develop the platform in promoting holistic, flexible, and impactful learning experiences to meet the evolving demands of twenty-first-century Education.
