This study aimed to investigate effective components of parent-teacher discourse to develop a model for school implementation using a mixed exploratory approach. The qualitative phase utilized content analysis, engaging field experts and analyzing 97 sources to achieve theoretical data saturation and reliability were ensured through participant and non-participant expert reviews. The study identified a comprehensive theme of parent–teacher discourse, comprising 1 global theme, 30 basic themes, and 5 organizational themes. In the quantitative phase, 535 participants from elementary, junior high, and secondary schools were selected using Cohen’s formula. Data analysis was performed with SPSS version 23 and in the form of descriptive data analysis, confirmatory factor analysis. Content validity of the items was 0.93. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated the validity of the model.
