The study highlighted the integral impact of technological tools, particularly IoT, RFID, and smart shelving, on revolutionizing warehouse operations and improving customer interactions. In addition, the study highlights the growing trend toward self-payment methods and explains their advantages and acceptance factors. The proposed strategies advocate combining a legacy retail philosophy with a technology-based approach to ensure resilience and competence.
