The paper presents a vertical chatbot designed to educate and support individuals and companies in adopting sustainable consumption and production patterns by providing practical recommendations on decreasing waste, reusing items, and recycling appropriately. The chatbot is developed based on the Engati chatbot development platform, chosen for its usability and adaptability. The prototype of the developed chatbot received positive reviews from potential users via a user acceptance testing (UAT). The chatbot is anticipated to contribute to reducing environmental consequences and resource depletion by increasing awareness and promoting behavior modification toward a more sustainable future.
