The eGovPH app has transformed how citizens interact with the government in the Philippines by introducing a digital platform that is essential in today’s era of technology. However, to meet users’ changing needs and expectations, the app’s usability and efficiency must be optimized. Researchers are currently conducting a comprehensive study to enhance the application’s navigation and accessibility features and address any issues that may negatively impact the user experience. The primary goal of the study is to design an efficient and user-friendly interface for the eGovPH app that can compete in the highly competitive digital landscape. To ensure the effectiveness of the study, real-time insights are obtained from the Google Play Store using web scraping techniques. These insights are then used to create an analytics dashboard, which facilitates informed decision-making processes to enhance the user interface and meet the constantly changing user demand. By identifying and analyzing existing problems, the study aims to provide practical solutions that result in a seamless and intuitive user experience. Specifically, the study will conduct usability testing of the proposed improved user interface mockup of the eGovPH app based on the needs of Manila City residents compared to the current user interface. This interdisciplinary approach enables the comprehensive review of the eGovPH app’s development and offers a visionary method of adapting to the rapidly evolving digital landscape. By responding to the changing needs of Manila City residents, the study ensures the sustainability of the application in supporting the provision of government services.
