Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing system’s Power Ratio from Peak to Average can be decreased simply and effectively using companding transform. For OFDM systems, a novel nonlinear companding approach is put forth in this study to lower the PAPR and raise the BER. By carefully selecting transform parameters, the proposed approach primarily focuses on maintaining a steady average power while compressing large signals. The suggested method can provide a strong BER performance without decompanding at the receiver. The simulation findings show that in terms of BER performance, PAPR reduction, and spectrum side lobes, the suggested solutions outperform the other competing schemes.
