Leaders’ Perspectives on Inclusion, Coaching, and AI
摘要
This chapter shares insights from more than 30 leaders across multinational corporations, NGOs, academic institutions, and religious communities to explore the evolving meaning of inclusion and the impact of coaching on leadership development. Using a narrative inquiry approach, the chapter examines how exclusion often fuels resilience, and how inclusive leadership, when developed with intent, can shape more connected, effective organizations. Stories from leaders navigating exclusion, transitioning roles, and adapting across borders offer firsthand perspectives on the power of coaching to shift behavior, strengthen trust, and accelerate growth. The chapter also explores the measurable impact of coaching, drawing on frameworks such as the Inclusive Leadership Compass (ILC), reflexivity, and multi-method assessment tools to evaluate behavioral change over time. Looking forward, the chapter introduces the role of AI in coaching and leadership development. While human connection remains central, AI-powered tools are increasingly used to reinforce inclusive behaviors and scale development. These diverse perspectives affirm that inclusion is not aspirational it is a leadership choice. When supported by coaching and reflective practice, inclusive leadership becomes both measurable and sustainable.
