GasGuard: Smart LPG Leakage Detection Monitoring Software is an IoT-based solution designed to enhance LPG safety, real-time monitoring, and consumption prediction. It integrates ESP32 microcontrollers, MQ6 gas sensors, and load cells to continuously monitor gas levels and detect leaks, while a Flutter-based mobile application enables remote monitoring, automated alerts, and gas consumption insights. A Random Forest machine learning model analyzes gas usage patterns to predict refilling schedules, ensuring timely replenishment and suggesting optimized gas-efficient cooking strategies to extend cylinder lifespan. Experimental results show a 95.2% detection accuracy with an average response time of 1.85 s, significantly improving safety and efficiency. The automated gas booking feature reduces refill delays by 2.5 days on average, ensuring an uninterrupted supply. By integrating IoT, predictive analytics, and real-time hazard detection, GasGuard offers a scalable, intelligent, and secure solution for both domestic and industrial applications.
