In the primitive mindset of the ancient Chinese, the concept of creation emerged through the sacrifice of the primordial deity of Hudun and PanguPangu. Even the legend of NüwaNüwa creating humanity and repairing the sky expressed a clear intention of death. The series of main gods in Chinese creation myths are deceased, marking a significant departure from the major gods in the Genesis of the Old Testament and ancient Greek mythology.
