Manual operation of vehicle indicators poses significant challenges, including human error, distractions, and inconsistent signaling. To address these issues, this research introduces an Automated Turn Indication System that integrates navigation data with indicator control, providing a seamless and efficient solution. Conventional indicator operation relies on manual input, leading to errors and distractions for drivers. This system automates indicator activation based on real-time navigation data, eliminating the need for manual intervention. By synchronizing mapping services with the indicator control system, it ensures timely and accurate signaling, enhancing road safety. The system comprises a controller device and a mobile application, communicating wirelessly to facilitate indicator control. The application interfaces with mapping services to determine upcoming turns and calculate distances, enabling precise indicator activation. Upon reaching a safe distance from the turn, the controller device triggers the appropriate indicator, enhancing signaling consistency. Continuous monitoring of the vehicle's position and maneuver type allows the system to deactivate indicators promptly after completing a turn or lane change. This proactive approach minimizes confusion and promotes safer driving practices, especially in complex or unfamiliar environments. By automating indicator activation, the system reduces driver distraction, allowing for increased focus on the road. It mitigates the risk of forgetting to use indicators during maneuvers, thereby improving overall road safety. In conclusion, the Automated Turn Indication System offers a sophisticated solution to the challenges associated with manual indicator operation. Through seamless integration of navigation data and indicator control, it enhances signaling efficiency and driver awareness, contributing to safer roads for all users.

摘要
