Long-Term Stability and Future Horizons After Doughnut Refractive Lenticule Transplantation
摘要
Long-term stability is the hallmark of any successful corneal intervention particularly in progressive ectatic diseases like keratoconus. DRLT, as a biologically integrated, minimally invasive, and refractively neutral stromal reinforcement technique, has demonstrated exceptional mid- to long-term outcomes. In just a few years, it has progressed from a pioneering concept to a reproducible, scalable, and globally relevant intervention.
