New Products or Services that Provide Users with Benefits of Inconvenience (BoI)
摘要
The product or service that brings “benefits of inconvenience (BoI)” to users is called BoI system. There are four methods for designing new BoI systems. This chapter introduces ideas designed using each of these methods.
