It is common for people to think that convenient tools and methods are beneficial, and they do not want to use inconvenient ones. Even when it is argued that certain benefits can only be attained through inconvenience, such a claim is not readily understood. Accordingly, this book presents several case studies to facilitate a clearer understanding of this perspective.
