Overview of Geological Storage of Carbon Dioxide

Since China acceded to the Paris Agreement, it has become an important participant and contributor in the global response to climate change. The 28th Conference of the Parties (COP28) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, held in 2023, conducted a global stocktake of the implementation of the Paris Agreement. As a developing country, China, while balancing economic development with carbon emission targets, has implemented a series of measures and actions to address climate change, achieving positive results in this regard.
