A Novel Energy Storage Capacity Pricing and Operation Optimization Model Considering Spot Market Dispatch Under a Low-Carbon Orientation
摘要
Aiming at addressing the imperfect pricing mechanisms for new energy storage and the difficulties in recovering high investment costs, this paper constructs a novel energy storage capacity pricing and operation optimization model consid-ering spot market dispatch under a low-carbon orientation, to support the low-carbon transition of the power system. Firstly, a capacity pricing measurement model is constructed, and a new energy storage capacity pricing measurement method considering the spot market diversification is proposed. Secondly, based on the benefit analysis, an op-eration optimization model is constructed to optimize the participation of the new energy storage in the spot-frequency regulation-capacity diversified market. The model is based on the benefit analysis. Finally, lithium-ion battery energy storage is taken as the research object for example analysis, and relevant sugges-tions are made for the future design of new energy storage capacity pricing mechanism and operation strategy. The results show that the new energy storage capacity pricing decreases with the increase of the cost relief ratio in the spot market, and the cost can be fully recovered when the spot market price difference reaches 0.7CNY/kWh, and the revenue from the spot market accounts for 15.4% of the overall revenue, the revenue from the frequency regulation market ac-counts for 75.6%, and the revenue from the capacity market accounts for 9% af-ter the operation optimization.
