The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB), acclaimed as the longest overseas bridge globally, has been officially inaugurated. This large-scale project, with an investment exceeding RMB 120 billion, holds not only symbolic significance in the annals of international bridge engineering but also serves a critical function in advancing the strategic framework aimed at fostering the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
