Design and Analysis of a Shrimp Preprocessing Machine

Because of the demand of the market and the low integration of existing shrimp processing equipment, this lecture introduce a new modular shrimp machine. The machine is made by six functional module and can be adjusted for different shrimp sizes. The lecture will use mechanical analysis, motor torque calculation, and finite element analysis to verify structural strength and optional reliability. Experimental results demonstrate stable operation and acceptable processing accuracy, indicating the feasibility of the proposed design for automated shrimp preprocessing.
