Reliability Assessment of Machine Tools Based on Degradation Distribution and Bayesian Gamma Process
摘要
A Weibull life model, founded on degradation distributions and empirical failure probabilities, is employed to analyze the reliability of the degradation data. Furthermore, to address the limitations of the Weibull method when some data are far from the failure threshold, a Bayesian Gamma model based on degradation rate statistics is introduced. The degradation process is modeled via Bayesian inference and MCMC sampling, yielding the system lifetime distribution and reliability function. Case study results indicate that the latter approach can provide robust assessment results with high tolerance to limited sample data, offering an effective analytical framework for the reliability evaluation of critical functional components of CNC machine tools.
