Simulation and Mechanism Exploration of the Rolling Process for Self-Lubricating Spherical Plain Bearings
摘要
The rolling process of self-lubricating joint bearings is currently the core technology for controlling the no-load starting torque. This paper takes the GE25 type self-lubricating joint bearing as the research object and uses finite element numerical simulation technology to conduct simulation analysis of its rolling process, exploring the plastic deformation mechanism of the bearing rolling, and clarifying the law of the outer ring's plastic deformation. This research provides certain theoretical support for the optimization of the rolling process of self-lubricating joint bearings and the precise control of no-load starting torque.
