Fault Modeling and Simulation Technology for Comprehensive Performance Failures and Dynamic Behaviors

摘要

In the digital era, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) has become a crucial approach for product development. Conducting fault analysis and mitigation control design synchronously during the MBSE process is of great significance for integrating functional and general quality characteristics and improving product quality. This paper, by integrating MBSE models (including behavior, structure, and performance parameters), carries out research on fault modeling and simulation technologies for comprehensive performance failures and dynamic behaviors. It proposes a modeling method for comprehensive performance failures and the dynamic behavior of fault mitigation control, determines the interaction and integration approach between multi-dimensional fault models, and presents a general quality characteristic simulation verification method that combines static analysis and dynamic simulation. Finally, taking a certain type of product as an example, the technologies proposed in this paper are verified through case application.
