Simulation Analysis of Mechanical Failure Response in Typical Slat Structures
摘要
To meet the core demands of lightweight design and high reliability enhancement for modern aircraft high-lift devices, the study focuses on the complex slat mechanism of a particular aircraft model. Accounting for its structural features, functional specifications, and dynamic operating conditions, a comprehensive failure analysis is performed on two typical fault modes of the slat mechanism—torsion bar disengagement and roller wear—employing rigid-flexible coupled dynamic modelling and parametric simulation approaches. The proposed methodology enables effective simulation of the fault evolution process and systematic analysis of fault response behaviors. The findings offer valuable technical insights for the design optimization, fault early warning, and reliability enhancement of aircraft slat mechanisms.
