摘要

For the system integration and scheduling difficulties existing in multi-process integrated workstations which contain dual-robot collaborative operations, this paper makes use of RobotStudio 6.08 as simulation platform to design and carry out simulation for one spray painting and palletizing integrated workstation that is built by two IRB2600 robots. The workstation observes a work flow of “workpiece generation – painting – transport – palletizing”, in which a conveyor belt links each station so as to realize workpiece transfer and make robot movements keep synchronization. This research concentrated on building the logic related to material generation, transportation and state transition based on Smart Components, finishing spray painting trajectory teaching and pallet pattern planning. Modular RAPID programs were developed thus to realize task scheduling and collision avoidance of the dual robots. Therefore, simulation results prove that the built virtual workstation runs with stability and can avoid motion interference between two robots in an effective way, providing dependable simulation-based evidence and technical reference for the real-world scenario deployment of similar multi-robot systems.
