Research on Configuration Expression and Automatic Assembly of Compound Gear Trains Based on Graph Theory

摘要

In response to the requirements of the modeling and assembly module for the cylindrical gear transmission system modeling and analysis software, the structural characteristics of the compound gear train were analyzed. Based on graph theory, a general expression method for the topological structure of the fixed-axis gear train and the planetary gear train was studied. Based on this, the adjacency matrix is extended by combining the characteristic state vector of the basic gear train. The automatic assembly method of the compound gear train is studied according to the combination relationship between the basic gear trains and the coordinate transformation. Finally, the geometric model construction and assembly of the gear train were realized by combining the computer graphics tool VTK.
