Design and Application of High-Capacity Ultra-Thin Tobacco Stem Flattening System
摘要
Traditional cut stem processing suffers from high flakiness ratio and poor blending homogeneity with cut tobacco leaves, severely restricting its application in slim cigarette production. Existing studies have confirmed that the “thin-rolling and thin-cutting” process can effectively enhance the filamentous quality of cut stems. However, traditional stem flattening equipment has defects such as limited adjustability of flattening gap, uneven feeding, poor flattening uniformity and insufficient high-capacity processing capacity, which cannot meet the process requirements of ultra-thin stem flattening with a gap of 0.2 mm ~ 0.5 mm.This paper designs a high-capacity ultra-thin tobacco stem flattening system and determines the optimal process parameters through single-factor experiments. The filamentous cut stems obtained after subsequent processing are close to cut tobacco, meeting the processing compatibility requirements of slim cigarettes. This system provides equipment and technical support for processing filamentous cut stems in the tobacco industry, and has important practical significance for expanding the application scenarios of cut stems and improving the quality stability of cigarettes.
