摘要

In recent years, alternating current electroluminescence (ACEL) devices have demonstrated broad application prospects in intelligent lighting displays and flexible electronic devices. This research focuses on developing bottom-emitting electroluminescent devices (BES-ACEL) on inorganic substrates, achieving the preparation of luminescent layers on flexible ITO substrates through all-printing technology, resulting in electroluminescence-excited photoluminescence display devices. By adjusting the ratio of electroluminescent to photoluminescent phosphors, we optimized the luminescent layer ink composition, achieving both high illumination intensity and near-white light emission performance. Additionally, the correlation between the composition and luminescent properties was systematically analyzed. By adjusting the ink composition and device structure a white-emitting device with maximum brightness of 4 cd/m2 and CIE coordinates of (0.33, 0.34) was fabricated. This research provides both theoretical reference and practical value for the advancement of fully printed ACEL technology.
