摘要

In the global manufacturing digital—transformation context, China’s printing and packaging sector is shifting to a digital and intelligent production model. To solve the mismatch between the current evaluation system and industry characteristics, this study, based on the ‘Print Intelligent Factory Reference Model’, developed a ‘General Layer—Enterprise Layer—Scenario Layer’ (GES) multi—level evaluation framework. It innovatively designed a dual—dimensional differential evaluation model on scale and business and proposed a GRA—CPM hybrid quantitative evaluation method. The 8 + 20 + 43 indicator system enables comprehensive evaluation from strategy to execution. The scale dimension classifies enterprises into four levels with a 50—million—yuan threshold and sets different thresholds for indicators like OEE. The business dimension dynamically assigns weights to sectors such as publishing and packaging printing, with the design—capability weight reaching 18%. The GRA—CPM method tackles data dispersion and nonlinear aggregation challenges via gray relational analysis and the mutation series method. Empirical evidence shows this model can accurately diagnose enterprises’ digital and intelligent levels, providing a closed—loop evaluation tool and practical path for the industry and a methodological reference for discrete manufacturing sub—sectors.
