Design of an Agricultural Product Traceability System Based on RFID Technology
摘要
Addressing the needs for quality safety, traceability, and anti-counterfeiting of agricultural products during circulation, this paper designs and implements a full-process traceability system based on RFID technology. The system assigns a unique identity to each box of kiwifruit by attaching UHF RFID tags to the product packaging. At the hardware level, the Quectel EC800M communication module with built-in GNSS functionality is adopted as the core controller, integrating the AHT10 temperature and humidity sensor and the R200 reader module to collect environmental, location, and product identity information in real-time. This data is uploaded to a remote server via a 4G cellular network using TCP/HTTP protocols. At the software level, a frontend-backend separated Web platform based on Spring Boot and Vue.js is constructed, utilizing a MySQL database for traceability data management. This enables end-to-end tracking of agricultural product information across various stages: planting, transportation, warehousing, and sales. Test results show that the system can effectively achieve long-distance, batch identification of agricultural product information and automated data collection. It provides consumers with transparent traceability query services and offers regulators an efficient management tool. The system holds positive significance for ensuring agricultural product quality and safety, combating counterfeiting, and enhancing brand credibility.
