Study on the Fabrication of Low-Power OLED Devices and Their Application in Smart Packaging Labels
摘要
Organic Light-Emitting Diodes (OLEDs),as a new generation display technology, have been widely adopted in smartphones, laptops, and wearable devices due to their superior characteristics including self-emission, high contrast ratio, wide viewing angle, flexible bendability, and fast response time. To further expand OLED applications, this research focuses on low-power consumption OLED fabrication techniques and innovative applications in smart packaging. Through evaporation deposition processes, we successfully fabricated a low-power OLED device (turn-on voltage: 2.8V) with the structure PET-ITO/MoO3/N,N'-di(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl-(1,1'-biphenyl)-4,4'-diamine(NPB)/trans-butenenitrile/tris(8-hydroxyquinolinato) aluminum (Alq3)/LiF/Al. Furthermore, we integrated OLEDs with smart packaging systems to develop prototype intelligent labels with information interaction capabilities. This study advances the practical implementation of OLED technology in smart packaging through material innovations and system integration, offering new technical pathways for cross-domain convergence in green packaging, Internet of Things (IoT), and consumer electronics.
