Research on the Impact of Pre-lamination Process of Xuan Paper on Improving Inkjet Printing Quality

Many long scroll calligraphy and painting artworks printed on xuan paper are mounted using a heating overlay mode. During the heating overlay process on the printed xuan paper, the evaporation of ink can cause a decrease in image saturation and color cast, affecting the color reproduction quality of the image. This article compares the printing effects of pre-lamination process and post lamination process based on Xuan paper through experiments, studies the influence of using heating lamination mode on the color restoration quality of Xuan paper surface, and determines the promoting effect of Xuan paper pre-lamination process on improving inkjet printing quality.
