This chapter explores the origins, evolution, and impact of Teachers for Future Spain, a educational movement aligned with the global Fridays for Future initiative. Comprised of educators across Spain, the organization advocates for climate justice and sustainability education through transformative pedagogical practices. The chapter situates the movement within broader discourses of environmental education, activism, and policy engagement, analyzing how Teachers for Future Spain mobilizes teachers as agents of change within and beyond the classroom. The chapter contributes to a growing body of scholarship on climate activism in education, emphasizing the importance of teacher-led movements in advancing socio-ecological transformation.
