Research on the Economic Substitution of Xinjiang Coal Based on the Multi Starting Standard Coal Economic Competitiveness Model
摘要
In response to the cost constraints of exporting coal from Xinjiang over the years, this study conducted a technical and economic research on the step-by-step substitution of Xinjiang coal for Ningxia and coastal areas, and built a multi starting point standard coal economic competitiveness calculation model for end users, scientifically answering the question of whether Xinjiang coal can replace Mongolian coal imported into Ningxia and coastal areas. By constructing a multi starting point standard coal economic competitiveness calculation model that takes into account three key factors: comprehensive coal price fluctuations, full process transportation costs, and end-user coal quality demand, the price competitiveness of coal transported from Urumqi and Turpan in Xinjiang to Ordos, Wuhai in Inner Mongolia, Yulin, Xianyang in Shaanxi, and other regions in Ningxia Chemical Industry Base is analyzed and ranked, and a multi scenario analysis of railway freight fluctuations is conducted; Analyze and rank the price competitiveness of coal from Urumqi and Turpan regions in Xinjiang, as well as coal-fired power plants shipped by sea from Australia and Indonesia to coastal areas. This provides scientific and reliable decision-making support for the overall economic efficiency of coal transportation from Xinjiang and the economic efficiency of end-users.
