Design Method for Resonant Parameters of Two Port Series Resonant Converter

摘要

This article proposes a resonance parameter design method based on time-domain analysis for a two-port series resonant converter to meet the wide voltage range requirements of energy storage systems in railway transportation. The study adopts a dual full-bridge topology combined with a high-frequency transformer and a two-port series resonant network, and introduces auxiliary inductance to achieve secondary-side zero-voltage switching. The time-domain expressions of resonant current and capacitor voltage were derived, and the feasible range of resonant impedance was quantified by combining the peak voltage constraint of resonant capacitor and soft-switching boundary conditions. Simulation and experimental validation show that the proposed method can effectively balance the resonant capacitor withstand voltage and soft-switching performance, providing theoretical support for efficient energy exchange between energy storage systems and DC bus.
